All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item received is defective or damaged upon arrival. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there is an issue with your purchase.

As preserved flowers are natural botanical products, slight variations in colour, tone, shape, and size between product images and the actual item received are to be expected. These subtle differences are an inherent characteristic of preserved botanicals and are not considered defects or grounds for a refund.
